It went from Chinese Orange Connex to Customs then UPS Mail Innovations and then finally to the local post office. Remote works great with my Sony OLED A80K77, HOWEVER it will not do a software update. Contacted seller and informed that it's a "replacement item" so it won't do the update. I pointed out that there is no mention of this anywhere in the description so seller gave a partial refund. Either way I'm happy with the product.
