After another week or so the item unexplainably arrived. Then discovered the dog vest did not fit our dog properly. I offered the seller to pay back the refunded money anyway. Seller wrote me back and said to "keep the dog vest and donate it to someone". AWESOME EBAY SELLER. Would not hesitate to buy again. If possible, they deserve 6 or 7 stars !!
