All the boxes came beat up and crumbled, wrinkled and looks damaged. I want a return please.

Condition stated "boxes damaged during shipping" and buyer DID notice this and purchased anyways. Demanded a return once received stating the boxes "were worse than they expected" and that they had planned to give them as gifts.
A return was allowed, and we still received this feedback.
