Once your cardiologist and physician emphasize the need to better heart maintenance, the topic of Omega 3 fish oil supplements will come up, if they think you need it. I did and I went on a search for the best quality ones I could find that were not made with fillers. My prescription was the combination of 1500 mg of EPA+DHA, so I also wanted strength in the product.
