It was packed carefully with bubble wrap to protect the creature & positioned with packing paper inside the original box to hold firm. The box was pristine, no damage or marks. This was encased within a sturdy box of thick cardboard with enough space to hold it securely but not squash it. We had an extra shipment that was excellent as well. I highly recommend this kind seller! Thank you!

The box was crushed on one end, and had evidence of damage under the clear tape used to reenforce the the box for shipping. The box required for shipping was similar in size to something else I had ordered from another seller recently and hadn't received so I was very concerned that it would contain a very damaged item. I am so thankful that they were not damaged!!!
