I contacted the supplier when I received the equipment, I told him that it did not turn on, he did not bring the antenna, he did not bring the power supply, he did not bring the cables, he did not bring anything. When I told him that the equipment was not turning on, he told me that it was not possible because it had gone through the quality department. However, that department did not review everything that the team was missing. I did not receive the accessories nor did I receive anything.

Slow shipping time from China, but I knew that up front. I had some special requests including cutting this into two 49' sections instead of one 98' section. The vendor met all requests - including for the specific connectors needed on all ends. One 49' strand of this cable has now been installed on a GMRS repeater. We measured less than .5 db loss on 200 MHz. The other run is at my home GMRS base.
The vendor worked with me every step of the way. The product performs well. I just bought again.
