He said “The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.” This is not accurate. The DVD player doesn’t work and 3 of the 6 RCA jacks don’t work. I spent hours trying to make this item work. I messaged the seller on August 13th and he has mot responded. I am asking eBay to step in to get this resolved.
