The box arrived in not so good shape but I didn't think anything about it. I later opened the box to find that it did not contain the aux power cord for the unit. Once I looked more closely at the box, you could tell that it had been opened before and the power cord removed. I contacted the seller and we'll see what happens. The description said NEW, but it had obviously been out of the box prior to my purchase.

Main problem is with set up directions. If any one has something more lucid than the booklet that came with it, please send it to me. Annoying problem is that volume control is not directly adjustable. Putting in addresses is very cumbersome. Speaker on phone is so so. Rings and choices are not pleasant. Frys in Palo Alto CA has manager's special for ~$44 right now. I like the outward design of everything but functionally, there are better products. I bought a GE cordlessphone DECT 6.0 few weeks ago and I have a problem, when I get the phone to do a Calling and a Push Talk there is not line, I just hear 2 beeps and no line but the telephone is connected, This happens sometimes with the 2 headsets and I must unplugged of the power and plugged again to the telephone back to normal and of course with LINE. Absolutely love it. Very easy to set up and because I am disabled the separate speaker phone is always right next to me and all I have to do is push the button to talk on speaker. My left side is paralyzed so cannot hold the phone and write down information at the same time. Very clear sound. No instruction sheet came with it but all you had to do was listen to the instructions. It walks you through it all. So happy I purchased it.Absolutely love it. I love the phone. It works great and is very clear. Makes life easy by being able to have one in thekitchen and one in the living room. That way we dont try to breat our necks to get to the phone. Also can here the phone ring in any part of our home. A+++++++
