    The packaging was great.. motherboard was well protected. Had slight issue with startup. The seller was very responsive in helping to troubleshoot the issue. Turns out the front panel wiring was the culprit, so I found the documentation and rewired per manual..and it worked! I recommend this seller highly for anything that he carries on eBay!
