Received in 10 days. The items were shipped in a plastic bag. Both caps were off and both seals was broken and the bag and both bottles were wet inside the bag. I weighted a once used bottle and both bottles you shipped. The once used bottle weighted 0.76 lbs. The shipped bottles weighted 0.71 lbs & .54 lbs. So I did not get full bottles. One was 6.6% less and the other was 28.9 % less. So I lost 35.5 % total so I should get a $9.15 refund because that is what was lost in the shipment.

Makes your hair feel great
This item has been hard to find in the stores like i used to get it. Nothing else i've tried works wonderful like this so i've been getting it online. It's lightweight and makes your hair feel smooth, soft and great. I would recommend it to anyone and will always be using it. Been using it for years.

I purchased this product with the assumption that using it alone would "cure up to 95% of split ends". Upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to read the fine print stating that it must be used in combination with Pantenes Splitfix shampoo and conditioner in order to achieve results. I assumed it MIGHT work even a little bit without using the shampoo and conditioner, but I was wrong. I still have just as many - if not more- split ends as when I started using it. All it did was make my hair really sticky and sort of hard to comb once dried.
