    I highly recommend to everyone, Elly Griffiths is a very special author among other crime writers. If you have read one her book definitely you will strive for more😉 Not too brutal, interesting characters and exceptional mood.

    Good Author and Story

    This copy was in ok condition, slight signs of use, but fine for reading. By a good author and a fascinating story mixing murder, mystery, and archaelogy with a bit of love interest. Enjoyed the story very much, its one of a series with the same main characters.

    Excellent read but a memory test.

    An addictive series. You can’t help wanting to know how the characters develop and their continuing story as well as enjoying well plotted and unusual plots involving historic and present crime. The preceding novels are 5* but I gave this one 4* as the 3 plots concurrent can make the action fragmented and confusing. Not to say that it isn’t a very good read and aeons above most crime fiction!

    Setting the scene for the Grande Finale Book in the series?

    Another winner from the Dr Ruth Galloway series. The change of location adds a new twist to the tale and the page turning tension is built up to the end after the slow and unecessary retellling of the essence of all 9 previous stories in the series (drop it and just read the other books first people)
