Item arrived damaged, box torn and crushed. Seller assured me it was perfect when shipped out in a small padded envelope. Envelope torn, and I assume it was damaged by the PO. Item was listed as new, but regrettably the light did not work on the lighted train car, possibly because of age. Communicated with the seller, and decided to keep the item. I appreciated her responses regarding the item.

It's really sad when Ebay Sellers get blamed for the postal service handling of our packages. As I stated the item was bought brand new from hallmark. Maybe it needs new batteries considering the age. Buyer was very understanding and decided to keep the item. Hopefully new batteries will work for him. I hope other people reading this will try to understand that we can not be held responsible for other people's lack of consideration when handling the mail.
