The valve was received in new condition. The valve seat is metal to metal not a soft seat for tight sealing. This detail is not in the item description. I will need to add a ball valve in my application for proper isolation. I should have asked for the seat type, but it would have helped to see it in the description. Surprises are not good on projects.
