Buyer contacted me about the issue and a refund was offered prior to them leaving this feedback. Buyer was then issued a full refund including shipping due to them being dissatisfied. Buyer did not read their messages before leaving this feedback and did not allow ample time to rectify the situation.
My store offers refunds and for some reason this listing said I did not. Refunds are always accepted when they are within eBays TOS.

The item was wrapped with care--lots of bubble wrap and shipping paper to keep it from breaking. It arrived prior to the estimated shipping date. All in all, it was a great shopping experience.
