Machine arrived in rough shape. Plastic edges near the motor were detached breaking interior clips holding machine together. I was able to force the pieces together but a gap remains. Thus far pad works but the belt leans to the left. Have adjusted several times. Time will tell on durability. Remote has slight scratches and is slightly dum but readable. Pad is very quiet and folds up very easily.

The Walking pad A1 works with the App Only. Item description states the remote control would work sync and connect but it will not, even though they shipped another remote control. If I would have known that it was app-only type treadmill, I would have bought a different kind that does not require wi-fi or a phone requirement. Communication was very good as they offered customer service and various solutions to the problem however, this model may be defective and remote control doesn t work.

Dear users, Hello! I checked the machine for you all morning and asked you to connect it using the APP. If you can't use M mode, it turns out that it's not just the remote control that's the problem. I can provide you with additional assistance by returning the product, refunding, or reissuing accessories. But instead of answering my question, you gave me a bad review. This doesn't solve the problem. Hope you can correct your comment. And can reply to my message.

UPDATE: The A1 model will work with an Android or iPhone app but the device is still defective after multiple times and tried again with a new remote control that was issued.
