    did not hold a charge but they sent another. Could be my phone?

    The first one sent did not hold a charge so they sent another free of charge. That one does not hold a charge either but i'm wondering now if it's the phone's fault. So i'm not going to give a negative review. They were fast and tried to make it good.

    Battery did not look new

    Battery looked worn on outside. Charged it and went dead in a few days with almost no use. Would not then take a charge. Put in old battery which took a charge.
