Virtually flawless. I ordered the excellent refurbished condition and it looks basically brand new. There are only 2 tiny tiny tiny scratches that you can only see in direct sunlight. Its the kind of scratches that you get from leaving it in your pocket with your keys. Other then that, the outside is in perfect condition

Item was a s9+ described as working and functional tested refurbished. When I received it, it was not working. As soon as I put sim card in I got black screen. I returned the phone through usps as the seller paid for shipping. The seller messaged me and told me the phone was broken upon arrival because of the package the usps put it in and asked me to start a return and put didn't like it... I know better. They tried to open a case and not refund me. Very shady, do not do business with seller
