Good solution to Douglas handle
I shortened and added a small bump on the bottom side to make it match my old Douglas 14" handle. Works great. Tang kerf is slightly larger than my old handle but Vaughn recommends that you use some adhesive prior to assembling.

Off balance and cut wrong.
You can see that the handle is cut too thick on one side and too thin on the other. Unfortunately I had to use it right away for work. So I didn't return it. You can definitely feel it.
