DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE - ITS A CON!
After ordering the item and non receipt, I contacted them several times. They claimed the item would be ‘sent soon’ as it was in production. Finally, received a DHL track number which was fake and company claim nothing they can do now - as was posted! Most disappointed with eBay as it’s NOT covered by any money back guarantee as stated on the sales page, which Ebay make big claims about until it’s a company they obviously don’t trust and know have issues with!

Seller is neither ethical nor honest - refused to honor my winning bid of the auction they created + my immediate payment. After I paid, they pretended "don't pay. Shipping is very expensive", then said they couldn't afford the auction results - and within minutes re-listed at a higher price+shipping. Advised me to "cancel" my order. Attempted to contact me outside of eBay 3x via WhatsApp Audio. Claimed they are a "new" seller - since 2017, with 2 shop names. Buyers: avoid this seller.

The price of the auction was incorrect, it seems not reasonable for an Antique rug, i was honest with the buyer, i can not affoard the order, and he does not accept it, he wants an Antique rare rug & shipping from Morocco with small price, That's not reasonable!!
