    Important Upgrade

    Ruger should ship this grip with every Mark IV. They are reasonably priced, easy to install (5 minutes) and extremely comfortable, plus they make the gun look more like a combat pistol. Be sure to check and double-check the part number. This grip will not fit previous Ruger pistols in the Mark family. You'll look and shoot better with Hogue.

    Great grips for a 22/45

    These grips are a great improvement over factory grips. They fit well with one caveat. You need to trim out the slim part that goes under the slide hold back lever. I would do it before you install the grips. I did not and now the slingshot does not work. Oh well, an excuse to give the pistol a good cleaning!

    Good Grips

    Great product, that should come stock on the pistol. The stock wood grips that come on the gun are nice looking, but so oversized... you gotta have massive hands to use them comfortably. These hogue grips fit most hands nicely and are more comfortable, being soft rubber.

    Best 22/45-Lite grips, imho.

    Although the .22lr cartridge has very little recoil, good pistol control is still a necessity for accuracy. To me, these grips give the ultimate control due to; the pebbled-texture finish, the finger grooves, and how the somewhat soft Hogue rubber gives great traction. I have similar Hogue grips on a good number of other pistols and I find all of them (these included) highly comfortable and they fit my hands very well. If I had to complain, I wish these had the same thumb rest as those on my other 2 MK-IV's (Target & Competition). Even without a thumb rest, these are fantastic grips, and they've greatly improved the comfort & feel of my 22/45 Lite.
