Great for the price
The E46 non M car strut tower brace is a great value for the $55 I paid for it. The Aluminum is shiny and made well with 2 exceptions. The ears on the strut bracket move a little more than I like and is due to the aluminum likely being a 5052 alloy and not heat treated to a T3 or T6 hardness, and 2 of the 4 welds looked a little cold. Am I happy? Yes for the price. Very weak bar
Soo i bought this item thinking it would be a strong aluminum but when i check the support bracket was bent so i bent it back by hand so almost no force. This will not help with ur car with handling. But on ther other hand it does look nice and shinny and will keep it has a decoration for my engine bay till i buy a real one from ECS tunning.
