    Very good product.

    Excellent product. My only advice for others is to pay careful attention to accessories as this is the 2017-2019 model apparently and is a different size than the 2021 model so case size and screen cover size for the Fire HD 10 are dependent on the model year... I learned the hard way.

    Mom loved this as her birthday gift! Works wonderfully for her. Had an odd start up issue with it connecting to the internet. We skipped the prompted step initially then connected to the internet through the settings.
