      The seller advertised "free returns". They deducted $10 from my refund for a bogus reason. In all the years I've shopped on eBay, I'm not sure if I've ever returned anything. This "free returns" was a nice benefit but clearly the seller used it in an unethical manner. Apparently the seller can make up any reason to withhold a partial refund and get away with it. BUYER BEWARE!
