Excellent. Dave repaired and mailed my 06 Vic cluster back within hours of his receiving it. And I mean really mailed it back, not simply pulled a tracking number. All in all, from Mass it was one week from shipping it to receiving it back repaired. The needles are correctly in position, speed is right on to the digital speed signs. Before I sent it in, the entire cluster would go dead periodically, lasting anywhere from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. Now all is well.

A++++ service great work quick turnaround great communication. Item shipped back next day everything works & like the blue lights vs stock. Fixed all issues I had. I packaged my cluster poorly and damaged the lens in shipping but was able to have it replaced this was my fault/shipping and was just in a rush to get it out and get it back make sure you pack it well or shipper may toss box and break it.
