The item was harvested from a non-working computer and offered for sale. One important feature of this item is that the keyboard is essentially permanently mounted to the upper housing. The parts were packed well and shipped quickly. They were in very good to excellent condition and were a reasonable price and a good value. I transplanted my computer's guts into this housing; everything is working perfectly.
