Terrible experience. The tool I purchased was completely broken. For the high asking price this is outrageous. I admit that I have exceeded the 30-days return policy because I couldn't test the item earlier. This seller sold me faulty item and refused to help in any way. Nothing was mention in the item description about any problems with the item. I would avoid buying here.

CUSTOMER PURCHASED ITEM AND HAD PRODUCT FOR 3 MONTHS AND CONTACTED ME SAYING ITEM WaS broken i then told custOmer THAT RETURN TIME ALLOWANCE HAD EXPIRED AND THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO. THEN CUSTOMER DECIDES TO BELITTLE ME AS A SELLER PLACING A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
