    A great base for a strong box on the cheap, if you have a little patience and "elbow grease".

    While being very old tech, the board I got was ultimately a very good buy. Cons: No USB 3.0, BIOS WAS ver 40 out of v120. (Note, you have to jump up a couple revisions at a time, for example, I couldnt go straight to 120, I had to go 40, to 44, to 60, to 100, to 120. It took a bit to work it out. The card WOULD NOT recognize a r9 290X, wouldnt display or post, but would with a small simple card. BIOS Update fixed this. :) After that, got fantastic performance from a 3rd gen core i7 and 16GB of RAM. Great box on the cheap.
