It was indeed exactly as described. I was confused at first b/c the packaging had changed since I got them last, so the foil seal is almost invisible once the container is opened. But once I expressed misgivings about the apparent absence of the seal, the seller did a great job of communicating how they’d changed and even included a photo of how the new packaging should look. I appreciated his fast and complete response.
