The recaro leather seat skins came with slices in them where the harness inlets are unfortunately did not notice until installation was nearing complete with the first seat install. Couldn’t use one of them it was so bad. Then they contact me accusing me of slicing into the bo. When referring to the original email sent when they shipped the product it specifically stated not to slice open the box. Sounds like a huge ploy to cover themselves so they’re not held responsible for sending trash.

To date, buyer has not called, emailed, message, provide photos, or contact eBay for defective item received. We do not send defective items to our customers as we have been on eBay over 5yrs with success. We did send an email PRIOR to buyer receiving product as we do ALL our buyers providing info. on how to handle their items received if they are damaged & how to open the box. Again, as of 9/8 buyer has not called, emailed, provide photos or open a defective return. Yet they continue to lie.
