The calculator arrived promptly and was in the original sealed factory packaging. Unfortunately, that packaging prevents the seller from testing the display before shipping. Everything was great except for one digit on the display that would only show partial numbers. I contacted the seller and he gave me a full refund within 24 hours. The problem wasn't his fault, and the customer service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.
