To date you have never reached out to us about any concerns w/the item. As stated in all of our listings, these are new takeoff parts, not new out of the box & should not be expected as such. In all efforts we photo & list any major damage noticed. Items may have minor markings from removal. Ford stock tarnished gray grilles are not painted, therefore they can't be sanded without removing the finish.
