Pinged again, eventually got a rude reply. Board had bad DIMM slots. Put in a return. They state "The board was brand new" - 9 year old product is somehow new? Their next message "First it was missing something NOW it’s defective?????". Words speak for themselves. Unprofessional and time waster. Avoid.
