Condition of the designer bag when it arrived was horrible. The seller folded it and taped it awkwardly in a bubble wrap envelope with no support. By the time I received it, it was crinkled, folded, bent and basically useless to me. I immediately reached out to the seller and a week later still have received no response. Very disappointing sale.

Everything with the SELLER went great. It was UPS that caused the grief. They "lost" the parcel. It got to the Distribution center in Eagan, Minnesota, then mysteriously vanished. The claim process that UPS has is a joke to say it politely. The item was to be delivered June 5. The seller made a claim and UPS dragged it out 7 weeks UPS is lacking on customer service. Communication being number one. The 1-800-742-5877 number spins you around like you're a fool. Seller was awesomely great! THX!
