Good workout for my needs.
As a fairly fit senior, I went back to this routine for variety from what I was doing already. It's not as hectic as some videos are, yet I feel it keeps me interested and makes me feel like I've actually had a workout. I think the instructions are clear and the movements are not that difficult.

The BEST workout tape ever !!
My favorite workout video of all time ! I used this video in 1994 and lost the 20 lbs I'd gained after a surgery. Now I again, find myself 20 lbs heavier after quitting smoking and hitting menopause. I went on E Bay to find this video. ( I tried other ones that come in DVD form, NO help) So I purchased a VCR and started this workout 1 week ago and have lost 4 pounds !! I bought this video several years ago, and still use it, as recently as last week. The workout is easy to follow, yet upbeat. You can vary the intensity easily - there are options to/instructions on how to do this. It is a good work out.
