    The item was intercepted by Royal Mail Revenue Department as underpaid postage in the small jiffy bag it was in. Petty rules by Royal Mail when a large letter 2nd class stamp was used. But I had to collect it from my nearest post office 3 miles away and pay a surcharge fee of £ 1-50. The item has arrived and I am pleased with it. You have kindly also paid me a full refund too. THANK YOU

    Hi, There was no way you should have had to pay for a surcharge, that was sent by 2nd class large letter, which costs £1.55. I have proof of postage for that amount.

    Royal Mail confuse us all then. I had to go & collect it and pay a surcharge. Now you have paid me in full a total refund - totally confusing, when I have now received the item, after Royal Mail Revenue Dept delayed it. I am more than happy to pay you back the full amount if you would care to provide your bank details. I can overlook your nasty remarks that I am dishonest. I want to pay you as the item has arrived and I am pleased with it.
