    I contacted the seller several times. The seller never responded. I had issues with my order in my country, not caused by the seller, but it could have been of great help. However, I never received an answer. It seems to lack concern for client satisfaction, or simply doesn't want to help any customer. Apparently this seller is only concerned with selling. Never have I ever gotten this kind of indifference in treatment by a seller in eBay.

    This is a complete lie or the buyer has mistaken me for another seller. I received no message from the buyer, only a return request which was accepted, but the buyer never returned the item. It is a real shame that my 100% feedback score has been ruined out of either an error by the buyer or the buyer is spiteful and wants to damage my business.
