Item is an adhesive film that needs to be perfectly flat and undamaged in order to apply to surfaces. In my order note I specifically requested that the seller pack the item properly in order to protect it during transit. Seller totally failed to do so, and it arrived damaged and completely unusable. Contacted seller immediately who refused to rectify the situation and tried to dissuade me from lodging a return or leaving negative feedback. Seller then ignored all further eBay messages.
