Being Native Ndns, we have a tendency to digestive upset from majority culture foods, especially fats. We have the highest rate of gall bladder trouble in the world. We ate bile as a seasoning before EuroAmericans destroyed our meat base so I believe we don't make as much as other races. When using this, we can eat as we please without worry about digestive upset especially from fat in food. We've used this for years.
