b- The Honda dealer serviceman quoted me $2493 just for the modulator, and said "With labor, it will cost anywhere between $2800 to $3000". Even though I paid the dealer 180$ for the diagnostic and about $200 (with shipping) for the modulator repair (THANK YOU abs_pros), I was able to save around $2500.
