Contacted the seller the day it was delivered and they tried to blame it on me and my house…that it wasn’t mildew smelling when they sent it. This clearly sat in a wet basement or container. I have washed it twice and still can’t get it out. I simply was confused as to how this happened and suggested a few ways that might help you fix the issue. I would not have listed this item if it smelled when I had it as I have way to many things to sell as it is. it sounds like something must have happened in transit or something I'm really not sure. When you messaged me there was not really much I could do since you did not open a return case if you wanted to return it.
