When order arrived 1/23, the box was mangled and items inside damaged. Other items in box (besides catnip) were bottles of food grade hydrogen peroxide, in brown plastic bottles that were shrink wrapped. On arrival, caps off and bottles empty. Contacted seller 1/24 to request replacement or refund. Response was "never seen this happen before", then no further responses to my inquiries. eBay finally issued refund on 2/5.Reply from: sun_pure_botanicals- Feedback replied by seller sun_pure_botanicals.- Feedback replied by seller sun_pure_botanicals.We did try to help the buyer however the post office delivered the package late and damaged and it appeared to be tampered with as we send all of our bottles shrink wrapped. eBay helped us resolve these issues with the buyer.
