Terrible experience. I paid for the winning auction immediately. Tracking showed shipping was initiated. After more than a week with no changes in tracking info, I reached out asking for help. Seller responded that they would look into it. After 2 more weeks without a response, no change in tracking information, and multiple attempts on my part to message, I had to have eBay step in to get a refund. Very disappointing.
