Im torn with my experience with this company. Initially I was offered a special deal from them and when I went to purchase I clicked the wrong payment and it froze everything. So I immediately messaged them and got no response, so I emailed again, nothing. Repurchased it full price and I will say the shipping was excellent and I received the wig super quick. It was packaged well but when I opened it I noticed it was the wrong wig. It’s a nice wig so I will keep it but I won’t buy from here again
