    Great fry cutter

    Although you still have to exert definite force to cut fries(I can see why you might want to fasten to a solid surface) this solid sturdy cutter is terrific. It is making many cuts at the 1/4 inch size. Very well made and great product.

    It makes french fries

    It will cut french fries. You have to disassemble it every time you use it to clean it, have your tools nearby. I don't consider myself weak at all but pushing the potato through the cutter for 1/4" French fries is very difficult. The potato will get stuck at the end of pressing and you have to whack it a few times back-and-forth to finish it through or send another potato through pushing the previous one I suspect the blades will wear out and you have to buy replacements which are very expensive compared to cutter I'm sure they're better cutters out there That's all I got to say about that

    Great Product

    Heavy Duty, Sturdy, Great Product. I highly suggest mounting it vertically to a wall. Makes it so much more easier to use. Sitting flat on a table, mounted or not, is a pain.

    Small crisp french fries!

    The 1/4" cut plate makes the best french fries. So easy to make too many fries. Cutter stays in place. Love it.
