This purchase caused me a lot of wasted time and frustration trying to get it compatible with Verizon network. The phone was in good shape and worked well but after 2 days of being on the phone and at the store with Verizon to get it to work I had to return it. I tried several SIM cards to no avail. It's better to just buy the phone from your carrier and save yourself a lot of time and frustration. This purchase caused me a lot of wasted time and frustration trying to get it compatible with Verizon network.
