The description said New, the ad said used. The price reflected a new one of these, but I received a shock with a significant nick in the air piston-bad enough to catch a fingernail so it would ruin the seal. However the seller took great pains to make it right, they're sending me an actual new one from China. Will take a minute to get here, but that's OK because they made good.
