Shipping took a bit longer than usual but that was due to bad weather and the logistics company. Package arrived in great condition. The tool was new, fully assembled, and undamaged. The trimmer worked flawlessly. Used it twice so far without any issues. For the price point it is a quality headge trimmer for a homeowner that wants a two stroke gas powered trimmer. I'd say it can even be used for light to medium duty commercial use. Cuts well. Osaka Pro for being Chinese is a good performer.
