Make it work better.
Having been a pharmacist in a previous life, you have my glowing testimonial that this is an excellent product. If you want it to be even more effective, mix it with benzoyl peroxide. In fact, there were and probably still are products with both drugs combined. I haven’t looked recently. The benzoyl peroxide is very fat loving so it helps to increase the absorption of the Differin. Also, the benzoyl peroxide has anti-infective properties that don’t result in bacterial resistance. A big deal. Just be careful with the benzoyl peroxide because it will definitely bleach out color fabrics. Stock up on white face cloths and pillow cases. Trying out the new Differin/ Adapalene 0.1 Acne treatment gel
It didn't really do much for my acne breakout but I accidentally put it on other area on my body and it immediately dry up and made the skin peel , it was painful but it might work well for other people. Differin gel it was recommended by my dermatologist not sure if the ingredient Adapalene 1% was effective with Differin gel I will keep using it tho since it's a expensive product but I got a bogo deal with this purchase. Works great using small amount daily
Have mild/moderate adult acne. Use pea size amount in evening, careful to stay away from eyes, mouth & nose. I have never experienced redness, swelling, rash or rebound acne. I believe you only need a small amount & some use too much and have side effects. I got differin for the age, sun spots on my face. Been using it at night after I wash my face. Using it now for 3 months and the spots or blotches are slowing fading. I read it can take 6 months to a year so patience is key. The product is a Vaseline type. Use a pea size amount for your whole face. Skin will feel a little stiff when it drys but after it absorbs that disappears. My skin doesn’t have a problem with this so I don’t use moisturizer after applying differin.
