    Earpiece looks to be almost as advertised. No visible markings and It worked just fine from my limited testing I've done. Ot required full charge but other than that functionality seems good, audio quality seems fine, it's even a little louder then my other one. The ear tip that was supplied with it was not the correct color, but it doesn't clash with the overall color of the earpiece And honestly, those ear tips are cheap enough that can really replace it if it was too annoying.

    Fast service and the replacement case works great. One note though it's listed as open box but it's actually used. The interior looks brand new but the exterior has scratches and marks like it's used a while. I'm still leaving positive because for the price it's not a big deal for me. I'm happy with it.

    The packaging was a little suspect - a thin bubble mailer with a small plastic envelope inside. The earbud itself (left, in my case) appeared pristine and undamaged. The pairing process was simple and well documented online. It's been ~12 hours and no defects or signs of issue yet. I can not stand the style of the Pro 3 buds, and finding a replacement for the Pro 2s was great, especially compared with the cost of an OEM replacement. Well worth it. Will definitely keep in mind for the future.
