    Might be better then the capsule type

    Time will tell but another brand I was using for long time stopped making this Niacin 500 mg time release type. So I was using another brand that was a capsule type. Something did not seam right with them. I don't know if it was the capsule or something else in it. I had aches in my arms I did not have before and got heat flashes at weird times during the day, on my left upper back and shoulder, yet I was taking this at night with water. So time will tell if this was a good choice. It takes time for some of this stuff to get in and out of the body..
